Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Medicines and consumable items once delivered
  • Products without original packaging
  • Provide customer support
  • Ensure website security and prevent fraud

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details to process the refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of damaged or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost
